TREASURY AND ACCOUNTING ANALYST

Domaine Chandon is currently seeking for a Treasury and Accounting Analyst to be responsible for the management of Treasury, Accounts Receivable and Collections, Intercompany Accounting and Travel & Entertainment expense lifecycle in order to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of financial statements
Main Responsibilities
TREASURY
Perform monthly bank reconciliations for all Company bank accounts that ensure all reconciling items are clearly identified and ultimately resolved in a timely manner by D+7 of each close period. Ensure documentation regarding key treasury processes and their related internal controls is maintained and compliant with Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy (LVMH) standards of internal control. Challenge and upgrade the efficiency of Treasury processes in order to optimize these processes. Provide cash forecast for order to cash cycle to be used for June and December cash landing exercises. Ensure SyRUS Treasury reporting is performed and reviewed monthly in accordance with published close calendar and LVMH calendar deadlines.ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE AND COLLECTIONS (AR&C)
Ensure AR&C processes are documented, as well as their related key internal controls and risks. Facilitate the optimization of the interface between Hospitality Point of Sale (POS) systems and the Winery Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (SAP) by working cross-functionally with Hospitality and IT organizations. Maintain a tracking tool for quantifying and qualifying POS and SAP revenue differences with the goal of process re-engineering to achieve accurate financial reporting. Implement AR&C processes and key internal controls for other revenue streams created by the Hospitality channel Responsible for all manual commercial and non-commercial invoicing. Responsibie for applying all cash collections to commercial, non-commercial invoices or via manual journal entry on a monthly basis so as to ensure a minimum of reconciling items on the bank reconciliation. Responsible for managing 3rd party Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) in order to ensure timely collections and minimize the need for bad debt reserves. Report to LVMH the DSO for all 3rd party trade receivables.INTERCOMPANY ACCOUNTING
Qualify impact of new Group / Moet Hennessey system initiatives (such as the recent SCORE implementation) on the following processes: intercompany invoicing, close processes, transfer pricing authorizations, identification of Electronic Data Interface issues during invoicing cycles. Is the main finance contact for the SAP Sales and Distribution process owner. Responsible for monthly reconciliation of intercompany balances (from automatic and non-commercial invoicing) with Moet Hennessy group companies. Responsible for reporting total and itemized intercompany position with Moet Hennessy group companies for both DCC and Newton. Responsible for facilitating / participating in any projects initiated to remediate current intercompany invoicing issues.TRAVEL AND EXPENSE MANAGEMENT
Process T&E expenses using Company authorized expense management tools. Manage communication and training of T&E policy to Domaine Chandon and Newton employees. Manage training of end-users on Expense Expert T&E reporting tool. Streamline current T&E audit process using Expense Expert and SAP tools.Education: Accounting preferred; Experience with large ERP systems ( SAP preferred ); Treasury experience preferred
Demonstrated experience identifying and resolving complex accounting issues within cross-functional teams. Must have a track record of articulating confusing and complex issues to upper management and how such issues were facilitated to a successful resolution. Strong verbal and written communication skills Experienced in preparing internal control documentation and testing for the Order to Cash cycle Experience implementing Order to Cash processes including invoicing, cash applications, bank reconciliations and order processing – either as a project manager or project team member. Missions:
Customer Service & Support
Assist in delivery of meals and/or beverages to guests as needed. Answer any questions a guest may have regarding menu items or service. Relay special needs, desires, etc. that a guest has shared with you to the appropriate server as soon as possible. Assist in completing the cycle of service at all tables with continual dedication to the replenishing of basic needs throughout meal. Determine when a guest is finished with a meal and in a non-intrusive manner remove any items out of service. Transfer all plates or glass to dishwasher area in a safe and efficient manner. Responsible for breaking down table and resetting table according to restaurant standards. Maintain all restaurant mis en place to maximize efficiency of service for all staff. Restock pantry and guerdons throughout service maintaining pars. When hosting station is unoccupied or overwhelmed greet guests with professional smile and let guests know a host will be right with them, referring to the host by name if possible. Never pass a guest without asking them if someone is assisting them. Keep a mindful eye of the tasks that are required of you. Although customer service is our main focus, it is important to let the appropriate person know when a task asked of you falls outside your immediate focus. Expect to facilitate service as needed in restaurant or lounge in accordance with regular scheduling needs, special events, and/or holidays. Availability on these special days may be mandatory.Set-up and Closing
Must complete all regularly assigned side work before and after lunch or dinner service, and proactively seek out any specials service needs. Prior to opening of shift prepare all beverage stations and linen. Attend staff meeting held prior to every shift. Confirm specials, menu changes, and amuse description with Chef. Must have ability to communicate these offerings intelligently to guests on floor given short notice. Assist Front Waiter in daily replenishment of wine stock. Must be completed prior to end of work day. Closing: Will assist Front Waiters setting up the dinning room for the next shift – lunch or dinner.Qualifications:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
Languages: Fluent English Required. Bilingual Spanish/French preferred.
Professional experience & know how :
One year fine dining experience required. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Required to participate in regularly scheduled educational sessions given by the restaurant. Must show interest in furthering knowledge of wine and culinary industryTechnical & management skills:
Ability to work indoor and outdoor with varying degree of temperature is required. Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced restaurant environment while performing at fine dining industry level standards. Environment requires extensive public interaction among internal and external contacts. Environment also requires flexibility to accommodate all guests with an equal quality of service.
