Restaurant Manager
The etoile Restaurant is currently seeking a Restaurant Manager to create a world-class wine and food experience at etoile in order to elevate the perception of the Domaine Chandon and Newton brands among our target consumers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the Restaurant with the objective of generating sustainable positive operating profit
- Proactively manage the front of house staff at etoile with the objective of creating a high performing, collaborative team.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations with the goal of ensuring a positive, high quality and brand consistent guest experience.
- Direct the qualitative guest experience of the restaurant with the objective of maintaining positive guest and professional reviews.
Education: College Education preferred
Languages: English
Professional experience & know how: 5 years of fine dining restaurant management experience as a minimum, preferred
Technical & management skills:
- Basic analysis skills
- Ability to read and manage a P&L
- Demonstrated cost containment due to the above skill
Personal & interpersonal skills: Strong leader, good communication skills, integrity, ability to manage multiple priorities
