ABOUT CHANDON CALIFORNIA
Chandon was sparked into life in 1973 by the visionary spirit of Robert-Jean de Vogüé and California pioneer John Wright. As one of the first French-owned sparkling wine ventures in the U.S., Chandon carefully selected its vineyards and are now considered to be amongst the best for producing quality sparkling wines in California.
For over forty years now, Chandon continues to combine traditional French techniques and winemaking knowledge with the beautiful, sun-ripened fruit of California to craft sparkling wines of the highest quality.
Chandon’s winery, Domaine Chandon is located in Yountville and today Head Winemaker Pauline Lhote and her skilled team continue to innovate and provide a unique expression of the terroir, delighting senses with California brightness, vibrancy and intensity of flavors and aromas.
Domaine Chandon, the home of California’s iconic sparkling wines, provides visitors one of the most beautiful locations in Napa Valley to taste and learn about its award-winning portfolio year-round.
Offering exquisite architecture and lush landscape under the California sun, locals and travelers alike will find themselves in an American Eden at the winery.
Guest may select from a variety of entertaining tours and tastings of sparkling and varietal wines, tailored to suit both the casual visitor and the serious wine aficionado, as well as purchase wine from our Retail Shop.
Domaine Chandon is proud to give back to the community in Napa Valley. Please submit all donation requests to donations@chandon.com. We review all requests on the last day of each month and confirm fulfillments within two weeks following that date. Due to the large number of requests we receive, we are not able to respond to those requests we cannot fulfill. Our donation policy is to focus on select organizations within the Napa Valley where we can support our community.
