Chandon Blackberry Fizz
Fruit-driven and full-flavored, this sparkling wine featuring Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier has become one of our most popular wines.
Cocktail Recipe:
3 oz Chandon Blanc de Noirs
½ oz blackberry syrup (cordial)
½ oz fresh lemon juice
dash of Crème de Peche
In a cocktail shaker, add ice, blackberry syrup, lemon juice and Crème de Peche then shake. Strain into a flute and top with 3 oz Chandon Blanc de Noirs. Garnish with a fresh blackberry. Makes 1 cocktail.
