Chandon Cherry Mojito
Deep in the Chandon Sparkling Cocktail Think Tank and Lab—also known as our tasting room—we’re always tinkering with new drink recipes. This fruity bit of summertime perfection comes to us from Domaine Chandon Wine Club Representative Heather Hazen. Thanks, Heather!
Ingredients and Instructions:
Muddle five bing cherries, several mint leaves and one tablespoon brown sugar in a cocktail shaker. Add the juice of half a lime, one ounce 10 Cane Rum and ice. Shake. Pour contents into a glass and top with Chandon bubbly.
