Chandon Classic Gin and Elderflower Fizz
Fruit-driven and full-flavored, this sparkling wine featuring Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier has become one of our most popular wines.
Cocktail Recipe:
3 oz Chandon Blanc de Noirs
½ oz gin
1/3 oz St. Germain
½ oz lemon juice
dash of simple syrup
In a cocktail shaker, add ice, gin, St. Germain, lemon juice and simple syrup then shake. Strain into a flute and top with 3 oz Chandon Blanc de Noirs. Makes 1 cocktail.
