Chandon Ginger Sparkle

1 oz Ginger Simple Syrup (1 cup water, 1 cup sugar, 1/4 cup peeled and chopped ginger)
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz apricot nectar
3 oz Chandon Brut Classic

Make the simple syrup. Bring the water, sugar and ginger to a boil in a small saucepan. Let cool completely. Strain.

Put the simple syrup, lemon juice and apricot nectar in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a flute. Top with the Brut Classic.
