Chandon Perfect Pear
Mix this fun drink up next time you plan a night in with your "perfect pear".
In a champagne flute mix 2 oz pear purée with 1/2 oz simple syrup. Top off with Chandon Brut Classic. Garnish with a lemon twist. Makes 1 cocktail.
