Here’s what we have in mind for our own Chandon summer fêtes, all inspired by the special look of the bottle and the extraordinary flavor of our bubbles.

Our spectacular New York City launch party for the Chandon Brut Classic Limited Edition Summer Bottle brought out the stars for a night of ping pong, Chandon sparkling cocktails, and hot tunes spun by DJ Jamal. It was a fabulous way to kick off a summer of celebrating with Chandon! Not only did the stars give us a glimpse into how they envision an All-American Summer—the beach, BBQ and bubbly were universal faves—but also these trendsetters inspired us to create some sparkling summertime tips of our own!
This summer, look beyond beer and bring some bubbles to your baseball celebrations! It’s summertime! From sea to sunshiny sea, Americans have a unique talent for embracing summer's endless possibilities. We stroll through the farmer's markets seeking the freshest fare. We join together at parades and picnics, cabin overnights and camping trips. We take to the open road to visit family, experience our national treasures or to just get away from it all. Summer is our time to wiggle our toes in the sand, feel the warm sun on our shoulders, take a refreshing dip and otherwise luxuriate in a season of leisure.
There’s just something about those first few mild and—dare we dream?—sunny days of the year that makes you want to dig out the picnic basket and check the hours of your local farmer’s market. But if you’re anything like us, sometimes those long months of nubby wool sweaters can leave your memory a little fuzzy on properly executing a fair weather game plan. Never fear—we’re here to help.
When the calendar flips from January to February, pulses quicken, Cupid’s arrows fly forth from their quiver, and Valentine’s Day plans get made from coast to coast. Boxes of chocolates and bouquets of roses? Of course. That’s entry-level stuff. But this year, we at Chandon have been thinking about raising the bar on romance.
For Domaine Chandon’s 2011 New Year’s Eve party, we’ll be ringing in 2012 at the winery by partying like it’s 1959. We’re rolling back the clock, and rolling out the red carpet, with an Old Hollywood-style ball. étoile Restaurant Chef Perry Hoffman—fresh off his restaurant receiving its third consecutive Michelin one-star rating—will be preparing an exquisite five-course tasting menu, expertly paired with sparkling and still wines. Live music, a sparkling toast at midnight, and a roomful of vintage Hollywood-inspired finery—what’s not to love?
