Chandon kicked off our summer-long Bubbles & Oysters promotion with our second annual OysterFest on April 19.

In addition to the plentiful oysters and bubbly, nearly 1,200 attendees enjoyed beautiful spring weather and live music provided by Hand Me Down. Some attendees chose to dance into the late afternoon hours, while others gleaned tips and recipes for serving oysters at home from the talented etoile culinary team. Oysters are now available daily throughout the summer on Chandon's terrace.
