Seating 12:00pm to 7:30pm
Indulge in a three-course tasting menu highlighting the best of fall fare expertly paired with Chandon sparkling and still wines. Start with a roasted chestnut soup, or perhaps a salad of roasted root vegetables with prosciutto, before moving on to your main course of Liberty Farms duck breast with pumpkin purée, or you may prefer roasted duck or turkey breast accompanied by potato purée and pancetta stuffing. Of course a Thanksgiving meal wouldn't be complete without dessert, and our culinary team will provide you with three delicious options including a pumpkin tart and an apple tart tatin.
$75.00 per person (plus tax and gratuity). Suggested wine pairings $20. Children's options available.

Virtual Tweetup

We've partnered with Four Seasons Hotels for their annual oenophilic hour of tasting and tweeting on Twitter lead by Four Seasons top sommeliers. The second #FSWine virtual wine tasting will feature a comparative tasting of perfect sips for the upcoming holidays: sparkling wines.
Leading this year's hour-long virtual tasting are four wine gurus with more than 30 years combined experience: James Tidwell, Master Sommelier and co-founder of the Texas Sommelier Association; Brick Loomis, credited for the inclusion of Culina, Modern Italian in Wine Enthusiast magazine's 100 Best Wine Restaurants of 2011; Dana Farner, recognised by Bon Appetit magazine as "one of the best around"; and Mark Sayre, one of Wine & Spirits magazine's 7 Best New Sommeliers.
The group will guide wine enthusiasts through the distinct flavour profiles of Chandon Brut Classic and two other sparkling wines while sharing seasonal pairings that illustrate that bubbly can be a match for almost any course of a holiday meal. A general Q & A about all things wine will close the event.
