40th Anniversary Rosé
The 40th Anniversary Cuvée is a multivintage wine, consisting predominantly of wine from the 2006 vintage.
Appellation: Sonoma County
To celebrate Domaine Chandon’s founding four decades ago, this special cuvée was created. Its packaging reflects the winery’s earliest bottling, with a rose hue in honor of the Rosé inside the bottle and a nod towards our ruby anniversary.
A complex and extremely well balanced wine, the 40th Anniversary Cuvée offers aromas of fresh, ripe cherry, Santa Rosa plum, baked apple, brioche and hazelnut. The palate mirrors the wine’s aromas with fresh fruit and rich, brioche and caramel notes all wrapped in a creamy texture and fine bubbles.
Food and Wine Pairing
From grilled chicken skewers to Bouillabaisse, this delightful Rosé can be enjoyed with a wide range of dishes. Before dinner, it can be paired with charcuterie, tangy cheeses, roasted vegetable tarts and just about any type of savory food enhanced with a saltiness.
