Apple Jack

With a touch of brandy and the spicy-sweetness of ginger simple syrup, this is no ordinary apple-based cocktail. Top with Blanc de Noirs and sip to celebrate the autumnal spirit.

Serves 1
  • 3 oz unfiltered apple juice

  • 1/2 oz brandy

  • 1/4 oz ginger simple syrup

  • 2-3 oz Blanc de Noirs

  • Rosemary sprig

  • Slice red apple

Pour the apple juice, brandy and simple syrup in a shaker. Add ice and shake. Strain into a coupe or flute and top with the Blanc de Noirs. Garnish with a rosemary sprig and apple slice.
