Chef Perry Hoffman Nominated as a Rising Star Chef

We're happy to announce that étoile Restaurant Chef Perry Hoffman has been nominated as a Rising Star Chef by the James Beard Foundation for the second year in a row. This follows up Hoffman's inclusion in Food & Wine's People's Best New Chef competition in which he placed third for the state of California.
