PhilosophyWith this cuvée made exclusively for Club Chandon Prestige members, we demonstrate the effects of sur lees (yeast) aging over time. This cuvée is the first in a series of three wines that will be released in three subsequent years, highlighting the transition from primary fruit flavors towards more complex, nutty characters. With three years on the lees, this wine is dominated by vibrant fruit flavors and aromas, with subtle hints of freshly baked bread. Tasting NotesA complex sparkling wine created in Chandon’s Reserve style, having been aged for three years on the lees, this Club Cuvée offers a delightfully appealing creamy texture. Bright fruit flavors of Fuji apple and baked pear are supported by notes of toasted hazelnut leading to a crisp, refreshing finish. Food and Wine PairingThis wine’s subtle and creamy qualities make it an excellent food wine, particularly well suited to match rich and flavorful foods like roasted meats such as pork, veal or grilled poultry.
