Membership Details
Every other month we will ship your Chandon, Varietal or Epicurean selections directly to your home or office. No bills, no fuss, we will simply charge your credit card on file. Membership may be cancelled with a 30 day notice after receiving your first shipment.
Shipping Information
We obey the laws of each state regarding shipment of wine direct to consumers. We will act to arrange shipments direct to consumers only to the following states and only in the quantities permitted by the laws of such states: AK, CA, CO, FL, HI, ID, IA, IL, MI,MN, MO, NE, NH, NV, NM, NC, ND, NY, OR, SC, TX, VA, VT, WA, WV, WI, WY. Interstate shipping laws change frequently, so please inquire about any states not listed.
Federal law requires an adult signature (someone 21 or over with a government issued ID) upon delivery to sign for any packages containing alcohol. We encourage shipments to be delivered an address where and adult is always present, such as a business address, or a friend, relative, or neighbor who is home during the day.
Terms and Conditions
All wines are sold in California and the ownership transfers to the buyer in California. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside California. The buyer is solely responsible for the shipment of wines. If you want the shipment to go to one of the states above, by placing an oder, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to delivery your order where you want it delivered.
