Winery Exclusive

With our Vintage Appellation Series, we choose to create distinctive wines to showcase the unique qualities of a particular growing season from each of our vineyard appellations: Yountville, Mt. Veeder and Carneros.

Food Pairing

Salty, briny foods, such as oysters, crab and eggs, with a creamy rich component will pair with this wine beautifully. Eggs Benedict, oysters Rockefeller and petrale sole with lemon, butter and capers are all good examples of ideal matches.

Tasting Notes

Lemon meringue, ginger and fresh brioche aromas dominate the nose of this wine with just a hint of pleasant smokiness.  It is bright and lively on the palate with lemon-lime leading its pronounced citrus flavor profile.
