CHANDON Garden Spritz takes our exceptional sparkling wine, a dry cuvée made with Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Semillon grapes and adds a unique twist: our unique bitter-orange with natural extracts from hand-picked orange peels, herbs and spices. A secret homemade aperitif recipe, ready to serve, ready to share – ideally drenched over ice with a slice of dried orange and either a sprig of rosemary or a cinnamon stick. It’s a refined Spritz, crafted by CHANDON’s winemaking team in Mendoza.

Spicy character with zesty yet rich orange flavors. Nice citric tension which balances the subtle sweetness.
Harvest in January/February and pressing. We use our Slow-Ferment Long Charmat Method to preserve the all-important true fruit expression. 1st fermentation in tank then tasting. Blending. 2nd fermentation and ageing in tank. Several spices & herbs among which we have cardamom, ginger and cinnamon. Spices are individually macerated. Our perfectly ripe Valencia oranges, grown on a sustainable, pesticide-free family farm in Entre Rios, northeastern Argentina. Once our oranges are peeled, we oven-dry some of the rinds, and use both dried and fresh oranges in our blend. We macerate the rinds in grape brandy.Our house-made zesty, aromatic, refreshing bitter-orange liqueur is blended with our sparkling wine just before bottling to create CHANDON Garden Spritz.
Garden Spritz pairs beautifully with spicy Asian food, sushi and sashimi, aged cheddar, dried exotic fruits and nuts.
