Bloody Mary

An old classic, Chandon style! Served at our Brunch in Bloom, this cocktail has quickly become a favorite. Great for a crowd, this recipe can be crafted in advance - and it freezes well for future use!

  • 1 Large Can Tomato Juice

  • 2 Lemons

  • 2 Limes

  • 1/2 Red Onion

  • 1 Red Bell Pepper

  • 1 Green Bell Pepper

  • 2 Tablespoons Worcestshire Sauce

  • 2 Tablespoons A-1 Steak Sauce

  • 2 Tablespoons Tobasco

  • 1 & 1/2 Teaspoons Celery Salt

  • Horseradish to taste

  • Chandon Brut

Roughly chop the vegetables into large chunks. Juice the citrus and add with remaining non-wine ingredients and chopped vegetables into a container. Let rest for 24 hours before straining, adding Chandon Brut and serving.

Garnish with celery stalks or pickled vegetables of your choice.
