  • 1oz Dandelion Simple Syrup

  • 1oz Lime Juice

  • 3oz Chandon Brut

Pour dandelion simple syrup, lime juice and Chandon Brut over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with lime wheel.

For dandelion simple syrup:
Combine 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup water in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring. Let syrup cool completely, then transfer to a blender and puree with 3/4 cup thinly sliced dandelion greens until smooth. Pour syrup through a fine sieve into a bowl and discard solids.
