CHANDON FRENCH 75
The French 75, a cocktail with roots tracing back to World War I, has become a symbol of timeless sophistication and celebration. Named after the powerful French 75mm field gun, this cocktail blends the zest of citrus, the sweetness of simple syrup, and the kick of gin—all topped with a generous pour of sparkling wine.
After much experimentation (tough life here at Chandon!) we’ve found a Blanc de Blancs to be the perfect partner for this cocktail. With bright fruity notes, it plays beautifully with the citrus, bringing a modern twist to an old favourite. However, feel free to play with the recipe, and use your favourite Chandon bubbles instead.
