CLUB FAQ

There are no joining fees to be part of Club CHANDON. All you need to pay for are the scheduled Club Selections, delivered every 3 or 4 months, depending on your membership choice. We will process your club payments during the first week of the month that your Club Selection is scheduled to be delivered. In the event that the payment fails, your payment may be processed later in the month. Please note, a $50 cancellation fee applies for memberships cancelled within the first year of membership. After your first 12 months you can pause or cancel your membership at any time.

Yes, you can pause your membership for up to twelve months, or simply skip a delivery if required. This can be a good option if you're travelling or moving,  but want to preserve your membersip history.  Log in to your account with the link below below and complete the contact form to make a request.

Yes — our Social membership offers you the ability to choose your own wines and change any time you like. If you prefer to efforless explore our world of sparkling wines, our Étoile and Petite memberships are chosen by our winemakers to showcase the very best of CHANDON sparkling wine. We always send a notification of your upcoming delivery before we charge your credit card or dispatch the wine, so you'll know what you're receiving.

You can update your member details including contact details, delivery addresses, and payment details, by logging into your account with the link below. If you have any difficulty, please reach out to our dedicated member customer service.

We will replace any broken or missing deliveries as soon as possible after becoming aware of it. Australia Post will often notify us of any mishaps, so that we can address them. If you get a notification from Australia Post that something has gone wrong and you haven't already heard from us, please contact us. We want to ensure you don't miss out on a single bottle.

As long as you complete one full year of Club deliveries there is are no fees for cancelling or pausing your membership. If you choose to cancel within the first year of membership a $50 cancellation fee is applicable.
