From one of Victoria’s coolest and highest regions, this is Macedon doing what they do best — structure, intensity and finesse. The 2018 leans into darker fruit, with layers of red apple, florals and a subtle savoury edge shaped by granite soils and altitude. It’s precise, powerful and built to age, but drinking beautifully now.
