We believe Whitlands Plateau to be the finest sparkling wine region on mainland Australia. Perched 850 metres above sea level, its vineyards sit above the clouds, where rich volcanic soils and one of the country's coolest climates create fruit of remarkable purity, vibrant acidity and effortless finesse.
