Each vintage tells its own story, and our Vintage 2017 wines have a lot to say. Looking back, 2017 was a challenging year that brought some unusual and interesting characteristics to the wine. Extremes in weather had our winemaking and vineyard teams on their toes with harvest lasting just five weeks.
We had to be very agile, ensuring we captured the freshness and brightness of the fruit. The high acidity balanced with optimal malolactic fermentation in the cuvées set the framework for a softer and creamier style.

VINTAGE MT VEEDER BRUT 2017

VINTAGE YOUNTVILLE BRUT 2017
Yountville Brut showcases the ripe softness and refreshing brightness of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grown in CHANDON'S warmest vineyard location. Yountville is Napa's northern limit for growing exceptional sparkling wine grapes and is also home to the CHANDON winery and visitors center.

VINTAGE CARNEROS BRUT 2017
Carneros Brut expresses the juicy richness and signature balance of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Meunier grown in CHANDON'S flagship estate vineyard. Carneros's proximity to San Pablo Bay brings daytime fog and cool breezes to the region, ensuring ripeness and complexity are balanced by vibrant acidity.
