CHANDON By The Bay, Reserve Blanc de Blancs
CHANDON By The Bay is our ode to Chardonnay, a Blanc de Blancs that pays tribute to our Los Carneros terroir. This wine is composed of 92% Chardonnay and 8% Pinot Blanc, and was partially fermented in French Oak barrels.

2016 Mt. Veeder Brut
2016 Mt. Veeder Brut expresses the signature ripeness and balance of mountain-grown Chardonnay from CHANDON's high-elevation estate vineyard. Mt. Veeder's shallow soils and steep slopes ensure concentration and richness, as well as notes of savory minerality, toasty complexity, and zesty freshness.
It exudes a rich and generous nose of meringue, pastry crust, and citrus. The palate is bright and creamy with notes of quince paste, brioche, and nougat, with a lingering, refreshing finish.

The Chardonnay and Pinot Noir in the 2015 Yountville Brut are grown at our Yountville property, just next to the winery and tasting room. One of our most versatile food wines, baked apple and brioche notes are complemented by undercurrents of candied ginger and plum.

The 2016 Los Carneros Brut expresses the juicy richness and signature balance of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Meunier grown in CHANDON's flagship estate vineyard. Los Carneros' proximity to San Pablo Bay brings daytime fog and cool breezes to the region, ensuring ripeness and complexity are balanced by vibrant acidity. The fine bubbles and bright acidity are complemented by ginger, hazelnut, and minerality.

This Brut is a blend of 60% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay, and 10% Meunier resulting in CHANDON's signature freshness and vibrancy. It’s made of 100% estate grapes from CHANDON's Carneros vineyard ideally situated along the north end of the San Pablo Bay. The 2015 Los Carneros Brut is the ideal balance of ripeness and acidity.
