If you’re hosting a holiday soirée, warm up your guests with an unexpected cocktail that’s sure to delight. Here’s a sparkling take on a classic cocktail that combines the slightly sweet sparkling delight and floral notes of our Chandon Blanc with lively citrus. 


Sparkling Sidecar

  • 3 oz. Chandon Blanc to top
  • 2 oz. Hennessy V.S.O.P Privilège
  • 1 oz. Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 oz. Triple sec 
  • Garnish: Sugared rim, Edible flower

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with an edible flower and a sugared rim.
