The elegant copper-salmon pink hue and delicate mousse is filled with notes of shortbread, dried apricot, red currant, raspberry, nutmeg and a hint of cocoa powder.

Crafted from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Meunier grapes harvested at night from our Los Carneros estate vineyard along the San Pablo Bay. The current harvest is blended with exceptional base wines from previous vintages of the same location and is crafted in the traditional method with a minimum of five years sur lie aging.
