“At Chandon, we carefully cultivate select grape varieties that express the exceptional terroirs of our estate vineyards in their varietal expression.” -Pauline

You’ll find Chandon’s unrestrained winemaking in our non-sparkling Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir wines too. Our still wines, like our vintages, are a bottled story of the year. Pauline showcases the purity of the varietal in its home soil and helps it to best tell its story of the vintage.

Each is delicate and nuanced unlike other Napa wines.

With our home in the heart of Napa Valley, it’s only natural for us to make notable Cabernet Sauvignon. Our estate vineyard here at the homestead was a natural place to start. Eastern-facing hillside blocks at the foot of the Mayacamas range on gravelly silt loam and rocky alluvial soils create a wine that is powerful and nuanced yet delicate and elegant.

A top Mount Veeder cool temperatures lengthen the growing season and with ancient seabed soils, wines reflect the spirit of the earth. From the highest point of our vineyards, a single block crafts this majestic wine. Soaking in soft morning and mid-day sun on the steep hillside composed of ancient seabed shale, sandstone and volcanic dust. This wine showcases minerality and brightness which complements its commanding yet delicate stature
