Terms & Conditions
You have agreed to join Domaine Chandon’s a Taste of Club CHANDON. You have agreed to the following Automatic Renewal Terms as part of your membership:
AUTOMATIC RENEWAL TERMS
You have agreed to purchase the next available Taste of Club CHANDON release and to purchase and be automatically charged for all future releases until you cancel, subject to the Minimum Purchase Obligation and Cancellation Policy described below.
As a member of a Taste of Club CHANDON at Domaine Chandon (“Chandon”) you will receive wine shipments four times per year (each a “Club Shipment”) in April, June, October, and December (each a “Shipment Month”), subject to availability. All Club Shipments are two (2) bottles of Chandon’s most recent release of sparkling wine, with an average price of $79, a discounted bundle price, plus applicable shipping, and taxes. Maximum price of each Club Shipment will not exceed $90 before taxes and shipping are added.
MINIMUM PURCHASE OBLIGATION: You must purchase a minimum of one (1) Club Shipment before canceling your membership. Please see our cancellation policy for more details.
CANCELLATION POLICY: After purchasing your first Club Shipment for a Taste of Club CHANDON, you may cancel your membership at any time by calling our customer service team or emailing us (see “HOW TO CANCEL” below).
You must cancel five (5) or more days before the first day of the upcoming Shipment Month to avoid being charged for that month. If you cancel after five (5) days prior to the first day of the Shipment Month, you will be charged for that Shipment Month and your cancellation will be effective thereafter.
MEMBERSHIP DETAILS AND POLICY
In addition to the four (4) Club Shipments a year, Taste of Club CHANDON members will also receive the following benefits each year of membership (terms and conditions apply):
- Tastings notes and information included with the wines in every shipment;
- 10% savings on other wine purchases made at Chandon.com;
- One (1) annual guest pass and complementary wine tasting for two at the Chandon winery, plus club savings benefit on wines, merchandise, and food when using the guest pass. (“Annual Guest Pass”).
Members must purchase a minimum of one (1) Club Shipment and be an active member to receive and redeem the Annual Guest Pass benefits (see below for additional terms on how canceling your membership will affect your Annual Guest pass). Your initial Annual Guest pass will be mailed to the shipping address on file, following the fulfillment of your minimum purchase obligation. One (1) additional Annual Guest Pass will be mailed to the shipping address on file following each anniversary of your membership, so long as you remain an active member of a Taste of Club CHANDON. For example, if you sign up for a Taste of Club CHANDON on October 15, 2022, you will be mailed your initial Annual Guest Pass after October 15, 2022. If you remain an active member of a Taste of Club Chandon through October 15, 2023, you will be mailed one (1) additional Annual Guest Pass after October 15, 2023.
A TASTE OF CLUB CHANDON is a periodic digital wine subscription membership. It does not allow members to customize wines or skip any Club Shipments. If a member of a Taste of Club Chandon desires more flexibility to customize wines, or to temporarily skip regular shipments throughout the year, we recommend joining another Chandon club program online at Chandon.com, or at the Chandon winery. SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We comply with the laws of each state regarding shipment of wine direct to consumers. We will act to arrange shipments direct to consumers only to the following states and only in the quantities permitted by the laws of such states: AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, ID, IA, IL, IN, KS, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MT, MO, NE, NH, NV, NM, NC, ND, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, VT, WA, WV, WI, WY. New states are opening for direct shipping, so please check with us to see if we now ship to your state.
All wines are sold in California and the ownership transfers to the buyer in California. We make no representation as to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside California. The buyer is solely responsible for the shipment of wines. If you want the shipment to go to one of the states above, by placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order where you want it delivered.
Delivery will only be made to an adult, 21 or older, and signature is required. Additional charges will apply for returned or re-shipped packages.
Please note that it is your obligation to maintain any changes to your account, including billing information and the shipment address. Misdirected shipments and/or delivery changes will result in additional shipping charges.
PAYMENT TERMS
When a Club Shipment occurs, your authorized credit card or debit card will be charged the price of the wine, plus applicable shipping and taxes.
You agree that your credit card or debit card will be charged each Shipment Month until you cancel.
HOW TO CANCEL
To cancel, simply call us at 1-888-242-6366 Opt. 1 and ask to cancel.
You also may send an email asking to cancel to talk-to-us@chandon.com. Our team will immediately cancel your membership upon request.
All cancellation requests are subject to the minimum purchase obligation and cancellation policy described above.
EFFECT OF CANCELLATION ON ANNUAL GUEST PASS: A Taste of Club CHANDON membership must be active to redeem the Annual Guest Pass. If you cancel membership prior to meeting the minimum purchase obligation, or before redeeming the Annual Guest Pass, you forfeit the pass and redemption of its benefits.
ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS AND ARBITRATION PROVISION
Any dispute arising out of or relating to your participation in a Taste of Club CHANDON will be determined by final and binding arbitration on an individual basis, and you irrevocably waive any and all rights to class actions, other representative actions, and trial by jury or by any court, as set forth in detail in additional terms and conditions found on Chandon's website: Chandon.com
*Chandon reserves the right to change, modify, or discontinue a Taste of Club CHANDON membership format and benefits at any time on 30 days advanced notice to you.
