While delightful on its own, we love Sparkling Red as a powerful and rich addition to some of our favorite cocktails. In this Red Pom Pom, pomegranate molasses highlights red fruit flavors in a cocktail you'll want to make over and over again.
Ingredients
- 3 oz Chandon Sparkling Red
- 1/4 oz Pomegranate molasses
- 3 Dashes Meyer lemon bitters
- 1 Thin Slice of an Orange
- 1 Sage Leaf
Fill a rocks glass with ice. Add the pomegranate molasses and Meyer lemon bitters. Stir and add the Sparkling Red. Top with a sage leaf and serve. Enjoy!
