At CHANDON California, we take the responsibility of caring for the land seriously. We are grateful for its vital role in creating our wines and are committed to sustainable farming practices that consider the entire ecosystem. We understand the importance of sustainability and helping to improve the world’s ecosystem. That’s why we’ve partnered with the Wild Oyster Project - to restore native oysters in the San Francisco Bay Area and help build native oyster reefs. The Wild Oyster Project seeks to educate the public about the important role oysters play in the ecosystem and how the reintroduction of oysters into local waters improves water quality, marine habitat, and coastal resilience.
