Our Chandon Sparkling Red screams holiday cocktail with its rich, fruity flavors and deep, dark crimson color. Matched with star anise and a touch of lemon then topped with a sprig of rosemary decorated with cranberries it’s as lovely to look at as it is delicious to drink.

Serves 1
  • 1/2 oz star anise simple syrup

  • 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice

  • 2 dashes Meyer lemon bitters

  • 2-3 oz Chandon Sparkling Red

  • 1 sprig rosemary

  • 3 fresh cranberries

Pour the simple syrup, lemon juice and bitters into a shaker. Add ice and shake. Strain into a flute and top with Chandon Sparkling Red. Strip the bottom leaves of the rosemary sprig and thread the cranberries onto the sprig. Set across the glass and serve.
