This Virtual Tasting Set includes our new Sparkling Cabernet which is the finished result of a project years in the making, a unique expression of the beloved varietal. Think more cabernet than sparkling, and savor this rich, flavorful tribute to the iconic cabernet sauvignon grape from Napa Valley.
Also included is our Reserve Club Cuvée. Featuring a silky texture and creaminess, it brings perfumed notes of peach, kiwi, grapefruit, and honey that lead to brioche, French toast, and creamy peach notes on the palate.
Finally, we have our Blanc de Pinot Noir, aged a minimum of 12 months to convey a smooth spiciness to match its intense fruitiness. Expect key flavors including nectarine, raspberry, red currant, elderberry, nutmeg, and pink peppercorn.

SPARKLING CABERNET
CHANDON Sparkling Cabernet Sauvignon showcases a rarely seen sparkling expression of Napa Valley's signature grape variety. Full of dark fruit flavors and fascinating layers of spicy complexity, its juiciness is balanced by fine tannins and bright acidity.
As part of the Winemakers Explorations tier, CHANDON Sparkling Cabernet explores innovative, inventive, and creative approaches to the craftings of exceptional sparkling wines.
RESERVE CLUB CUVÉE
CHANDON Club Cuvée Brut is a creamy, silky dry CHANDON California sparkling wine made using the traditional method. Exclusive to Club CHANDON members, this night-harvested Los Carneros wine made its debut in the 1980s and has been a members' favorite ever since.
Made with a lower pressure and sweeter finish for a full, creamy palate. With brioche, French toast and creamy peach and vanilla notes, it's a great sparkling wine to pair with carbonara, lobster thermidor or creamy cheeses
Perfumed with notes of orange blossom and honeycomb the creamy and unctuous dried apricot, brown sugar, and caramelized peach round out the palate with a hint of petrol.
CHANDON BLANC DE PINOT NOIR
Robust but charming, Chandon Blanc de Pinot Noir shows the intense richness and structure of California Pinot Noir complemented by the softness of Meunier.
Grapes for Blanc de Pinot Noir are sourced from multiple cool-climate appellations, ensuring complexity and consistency in this classically powerful style. A minimum of 12 months ageing imparts a smooth spiciness to match its intense fruitiness.
