Our prestige cuvée, this traditional method sparkling wine is the ultimate expression of CHANDON and an impeccable composition.
Crafted from night-harvested Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier, and aged for 5 years minimum, this is a truly opulent blend with elegant layered aromas of brioche, apple, honey and nuts. Pair with indulgent seafood, creamy cheeses, and apple or pear desserts.

Made from our best lots of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay with a little Meunier blended in, the winemaking team created a wine that is elegant and complex and a favorite of the Wine Club. Layers of aromas and flavors develop as the wine spends at least five years aging before being released.
