Fancy holiday cocktails? Stack your wine rack with Blanc de Pinot Noir to create this crowd-pleaser.


Fig & Fizz

  • 3 oz Chandon Blanc de Pinot Noir
  • 2 oz Cold Black Tea
  • 3/4 oz Fig Shrub
  • Dash of Meyer Lemon Bitters
  • Nutmeg


Pour the tea, fig shrub and bitters into a shaker. Add ice and shake. Strain into a coupe glass. Top with the Blanc de Noirs. Grate a pinch of nutmeg over the top and serve.

The name Chandon “By The Bay” pays tribute to the Bay Area and the proximity of our Carneros estate to the San Pablo Bay, a defining aspect of the quality of the grapes. This cuvée is crafted from the purest, highest quality Chardonnay grapes, with the ability to age for more than a decade.
