CHANDON By the Bay is a brut CHANDON California sparkling blanc de blancs that's a tribute to our Los Carneros terroir.
Our ode to Chardonnay, this is a traditional-method wine grown at our exceptional cool-climate Los Carneros site in the north of San Pablo Bay. Aged 52 months, this is zesty, elegant and mineral with notes of Fuji pear, apple and citrus layered with brioche, almond and honey.
The best wine to drink with fish and seafood, creamy or rich dishes, fish tacos or cauliflower steaks.
CHANDON By The Bay is perfect on its own or paired with complex, creamy, or rich dishes. Composed of 100% Chardonnay. Partially fermented in French Oak barrels.

Crafted only in the best years, étoile Tête de Cuvée is the ultimate single-harvest expression of CHANDON. French for "head of the blend", Tête de Cuvée is the first blend made by our winemakers each vintage.
The 2015 growing season was one of the earliest on record. The season produced low yields of exceptional grapes in our Carneros vineyard for a vibrant and elegant wine that is fresh and youthful on the nose and direct on the palate.
