This blanc de blancs reveals the unique character of our historic estate vineyards at Mt Veeder and shows a classic Chardonnay flavor profile, with concentration and richness as well as granitic minerality and freshness. Ripe softness and refreshing brightness sing in this Pinot Noir-Chardonnay blend, with notes of fig, honeycomb and peach, plus pastry and toast from 48 months' minimum aging on lees.

A traditional-method showcase of our cool-climate vineyards; ripe fruit flavors are balanced with complexity and bright acidity. A blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier, with notes of strawberry, cherry and blueberry alongside shortbread and biscuit from 4 years' minimum lees age.
