VINTAGE YOUNTVILLE BRUT 2017
CHANDON Terroir Yountville 2017 is an exuberant, ripe California vintage brut sparkling wine that's a single-vintage traditional-method showcase of night-harvested grapes from the vineyards at our Yountville Napa Valley home.
Ripe softness and refreshing brightness sing in this Pinot Noir-Chardonnay blend, with notes of fig, honeycomb and peach, plus pastry and toast from 48 months' minimum aging on lees.
Great with pork gyoza and udon noodles, truffle popcorn and most cheeses.

100% estate grapes from CHANDON's Carneros vineyard ideally situated along the north end of the San Pablo Bay. A blend of 60% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay, and 10% Meunier resulting in CHANDON's signature freshness and vibrancy. The ideal balance of ripeness and acidity.
