CHANDON Terroir Yountville 2017 is an exuberant, ripe California vintage brut sparkling wine that's a single-vintage traditional-method showcase of night-harvested grapes from the vineyards at our Yountville Napa Valley home.
Ripe softness and refreshing brightness sing in this Pinot Noir-Chardonnay blend, with notes of fig, honeycomb and peach, plus pastry and toast from 48 months' minimum aging on lees.
Great with pork gyoza and udon noodles, truffle popcorn and most cheeses.
Explore all three vineyards with the 2017 Vintage Tasting Set
Ripe fruitiness with balanced freshness. Key flavors include fig, honeycomb, peach, dried plum and herbal notes.
After gentle pressing, primary fermentation takes place in stainless steel, before assemblage in winter. The best base wines from our Yountville vineyard are blended and aged 51 months on the lees. Finaly, the wine is riddled, disgorged and a small amount of dosage liquor is added, and the cork seals the bottle.
A true jack of all trades, pair Yountville Brut with pork gyoza, grilled halibut, fish tacos, udon noodles, mushroom tart, truffle popcorn or soft cheeses.
