INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz. Chandon Sparkling Red
  • 1 oz. Fresh Orange Juice
  • 4 Cherries (pitted)
  • 1 oz. Bourbon
  • 2 tsp. Maple Syrup
  • Ice
  • Dash of Cinnamon or nutmeg
  • Orange or Lemon peel for Garnish

Instructions: Place cherries in a tall cocktail shaker and muddle. Add orange juice, Chandon Sparkling Red, bourbon, maple syrup, and (optional) spices. Pour over ice into an old-fashioned glass, top with a citrus peel and dash of nutmeg or cinnamon, and enjoy!
